The Chinese carmaker claims the XPeng G6 facelift features 81 improvements, with 34% of its components replaced, including the debut of the advance AI Turing intelligent driving system.
The facelifted G6 boasts a redesigned front end, now equipped with an uninterrupted full-width light bar dubbed the “galaxy light wing.” The Xpeng badge has been relocated to the bonnet, and the lower grille features a blackened trapezoidal shape.

Xpeng also claims the steering wheel now features a capacitive design, and the cabin has a “galaxy rhythm” ambient lighting system with a new lighting array.
Also new are the ventilated, heated, and massaging front seats, with Xpeng claiming the massage feature offers a “shiatsu-level experience.” The centre console adds a wireless charging pad and additional storage, while the air vents are redesigned for a cleaner look.
Further enhancements include an ultra-fine suede headliner, leather-covered door cards, and wood grain trim on the dashboard.

The XPeng G6 facelift is powered by a single electric motor delivering 296 hp (218 kW) and is based on an 800-volt architecture. XPeng claims the facelifted G6 has a “5C ultra-fast charging AI battery,” promising improved range and faster charging times, although the company did not reveal any charging or range specifications.
However, the biggest upgrade is undoubtedly the AI Turing intelligent driving system. While Xpeng hasn’t revealed detailed specifications, CarNewsChina reports that this system offers advanced autonomous driving capabilities for a more intuitive driving experience.
