The Zeekr 7X has made its debut at the 2024 Chengdu Motor Show, with deliveries in China to start at the end of September.
Billed as a direct rival to the Tesla Model Y, Zeekr says that the 7X SUV is designed with the global market in mind. That said, sales activity in overseas markets will only commence a year after its local debut.

The Zeekr 7X measures 4,825 mm in length, 1,930 mm in width, 2,925 mm in height, and is underpinned by a 2,925 mm wheelbase – making it larger than the Tesla Model Y in every dimension.

The Zeekr 7X will also be offered with the “Qilin” nickel cobalt magnase (NCM) battery from CATL with a 100 kWh capacity, which serves up more range at up to 780 km (CLTC). DC charging is also supported at up to “5.5C”, which will get it from 10-80% in 20 minutes.

In the more powerful AWD configuration, 0-100 km/h takes just 3.8 seconds.
In terms of design, the Zeekr 7X employs the brand’s new “Hidden Energy” design language. Flowing across the front of the car is the Zeekr Stargate interactive LCD display, which can even display images or messages on its front fascia.
