UMW Toyota Motor has announced sales figures for February 2023 with 9,233 units of Toyota vehicles sold and 64 units of Lexus. It’s the best month-on-month sales performance for the company for the month of February – representing a 45% increase compared to February 2022.
The company also recorded impressive monthly sales growth. UMW Toyota sold a combined 9,297 units (Toyota and Lexus vehicles); a significant 37% increase from the 6,786 units of Toyota and Lexus vehicles sold in January 2023.
UMW Toyota is continuing its strong start to the year, with year-to-date sales of 16,004 units (Toyota) and 79 units of (Lexus).

Recently, UMW Toyota launched a range of GR and GR Sport vehicles including the new GR Corolla from RM355,000, the GR86 from RM295,000, and the manual GR Supra from RM645,000. The GR Sport range is made up of the Corolla Cross GR Sport from RM142,000 and the GR Hilux from RM159,880.
While the GR86, GR Supra and GR Corolla need no introduction, the GR Sport Hilux and GR Sport Corolla Cross aren’t just about aesthetic upgrades; in fact, far from it. Mechanical upgrades in the Hilux include gear shift paddles and sports suspension while the GR Sport Corolla Cross features a sports ECU for its electronic power steering, sports suspension and a performance brace for the chassis.
