SAIC Motors Malaysia has established a new dedicated parts warehouse in Klang Valley, in hopes of enhancing after-sales support and customer experience for MG owners in the region.
The warehouse will stock parts for MG’s line-up of internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicles (EV) here in Malaysia, including for the MG4 EV, MG ZS EV, MG5, MG HS, and the upcoming MG Cyberster, which is now open for booking.
Stocking over 4,500 stock keeping units (SKUs) and more than 22,000 parts, the new warehouse aims to improve MG’s after-sales service and reduce waiting times for customers needing parts and repairs.
The establishment of the parts warehouse follows the recent graduation of 39 certified MG technicians, all working collectively in a rapidly growing network of authorised service centres, with 12 already operational and 13 more opening soon.
“We’re incredibly grateful to MG owners who trust us with their vehicles. Our mission is to provide peace of mind and the best after-sales support possible,” said SAIC Motor Malaysia Chief Operating Officer, Lee Wen Hsiang.
“Our goal is to ensure that every MG vehicle is promptly serviced and ready for the road, giving our customers the proactive and dependable service they deserve,” Lee added.

Earlier this month, SAIC Motor Malaysia hosted a special delivery event to celebrate the growing community of MG5 owners in the country. The MG5 is priced at RM93,900 and comes with a five-year unlimited mileage general warranty and a seven-year unlimited mileage warranty on the powertrain.
“We created this service and warranty package to deliver peace of mind and reliable support for every MG5 owner. Our goal is to provide exceptional after-sales service while keeping ownership costs manageable, so MG vehicles stay roadworthy for the long haul,” said Lee.
