GWM has shown off the Ora 07 Touring at the Auto Shanghai 2025 motor show. Don’t get too excited as this is still just a pre-production model.
Many have compared the existing Ora 07 to the Porsche Panamera due to their similar looks. Just like the Panamera Sport Turismo, there is now ‘touring’ model for the Ora 07.
Not much has changed on the exterior apart from the extended D-pillar, replacing the sloping roofline. One obvious new feature is the inclusion of a LiDAR sensor located above the front windshield. Other than that, the car sits on 19-inch blacked-out rims with red brake calipers with Michelin Pilot-Sport EV tyres.
The car was unfortunately locked so we weren’t able to look inside. No information regarding the specs of the car has been revealed but it will likely feature similar specs to the normal Ora 07. This means it will most likely feature a single motor long range variant and a dual motor performance variant.

In Malaysia, the Ora 07 Long Range Ultra packs 204 hp and 340 Nm and is capable of a 0 to 100 km/h time of 7.9 seconds while the Ora 07 Performance packs 408 hp and 680 Nm that propels the car from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds.
Both feature the same 83.4 kWh Ternary lithium battery with 640 km of range (NEDC standard) for the single motor and 550 km of range (NEDC standard) for the dual motor variant.
As mentioned earlier, this wagon is still a pre-production model. If it does come through as a production model, it will serve as a brilliant option for those who don’t have the budget for a Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo or the Taycan Cross Turismo.
