The 2022 European Car of the Year – the Kia EV6 – has been launched in Malaysia. Available in the highest-spec GT Line AWD variant, with prices starting from RM300,668 excluding SST exemptions.
The EV6 was designed based on the company’s new ‘Opposites United’ design language, with futuristic and high-tech details coming together with sharp lines and sculptural proportions. That’s not all, wait till you see what the EV6’s head and taillights look like when they’re switched on!
As a result of the Kia EV6’s Electric Global Modular Platform (e-GMP), the crossover can offer ‘mid-size SUV-like’ cabin space even if it doesn’t look as big on the outside. The dashboard and centre console is home to dual 12.3-inch displays for the instrument cluster and infotainment system. The latter offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity and is paired with a 14-speaker Meridian sound system.
In case you’re wondering, the fully-electric Kia EV6 GT Line comes with 5-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty, along with a 7-year/150,000 km warranty for its lithium-ion battery.
