Kia Sales Malaysia (KSM) is hosting its first-ever Kia Ownership Experience at the new Kia Glenmarie flagship 3S centre, running from 11 to 17 May 2026.
The initiative is part of a broader strategy to rebuild the brand’s presence in Malaysia. A central feature of the week is the presence of H.G. Choi, a Global Master Technician with over 34 years of experience. He is leading a team to conduct comprehensive 65-point inspections on more than 100 vehicles. These inspections cover a wide range of models, including the Forte, Cerato, and Sephia, with some participating vehicles having already clocked over 400,000km.
Owners with confirmed appointments receive complimentary engine oil, original windshield wipers, and a car wash. This is supported by principal partner Total Energies and other brands, including Goodyear, Trapo, and EV Connection. For the wider public, a Family Day programme from 15 to 17 May offers technical sessions, product showcases, and exclusive giveaways from these partners. Existing owners can also access Kia Circle loyalty rebates without the need to trade in their current vehicles.

Kia Sales Malaysia Managing Director Emily Lek added that their ownership focus points are to strengthen dealer operations, provide exceptional value in terms of running costs, and ensure adequate parts supply with a nearly 35,000 sq ft dedicated parts warehouse. She noted that their structured 10-step service process, covering everything from appointment booking and personalised consultation through to vehicle delivery and follow-up, is designed to give customers complete confidence.
The Kia Ownership Experience takes place at the Kia Glenmarie flagship 3S centre, which will soon be operated by the newly appointed Cycle & Carriage dealer group. Spanning a built-up area of 39,240 sq ft, the facility can showcase up to eight vehicles. It features 20 operational service bays supported by the latest manufacturer-approved diagnostic systems and specialised tools.
Additionally, KSM is introducing the Kia Maintenance Plan, allowing customers to lock in servicing costs regardless of future price increases in labour, parts, or engine oil. This includes full synthetic engine oil and oil filter replacements, cabin and engine air filters, brake fluid, spark plugs, and a multipoint vehicle inspection.
The plan is available for the Sportage and Carnival models. For the Sportage, the 1.6T variant is priced at RM2,980 for five years or 50,000km, while the 2.0 variant is RM3,680 for five years or 75,000km. All Kia Carnival 2.2D variants are offered at RM3,580 for five years or 50,000km.
