Having driven the facelifted Mercedes-Benz C 200 on the public roads, it is only fitting that we experience the Mercedes-AMG C 43 in all its glory at Mercedes-Benz Driving Experience 2018 on Sepang Circuit.
The former Formula One circuit is the only place that we can safely and confidently unleash all 390 hp and 520 Nm from the 3.0-litre bi-turbo V6 engine. Century sprint is done in 4.7 seconds while top speed is limited to 250 km/h.
Thanks to local assembly operations, the facelifted Mercedes-AMG C 43 4MATIC is priced at RM421,888 on-the-road without insurance. However, if you’re not inclined to the six-cylinder soundtrack, perhaps the road-tax friendly 2.0-litre Mercedes-Benz C 300 AMG Line is enough to satisfy your occasional thirst for speed.
