Pro-Net, the new energy subsidiary of Proton, announced the expansion of its charging ecosystem across participating condominiums and high-rise residences nationwide.
Owners of Proton eMAS vehicles can enjoy exclusive residential charging rates from RM0.63 per kWh via the Proton eMAS App until 31 December 2026.
To utilise this feature, owners simply open the Proton eMAS App, access the Charging Map function, select the preferred charging station within their residential area, and choose the correct connector based on the physical label displayed on the charger. Once the pre-authorisation process is complete, drivers can begin charging and manage the entire session conveniently through the app.
“As more Malaysians transition to sustainable mobility, it is important that electric vehicle charging solutions cater to different living environments, such as those in condominiums or high-rise residences. With charging rates starting from RM0.63/kWh and expanded access nationwide, we are making EV ownership more accessible, practical, and cost-efficient for everyday users,” said Pro-Net Chief Executive Officer, Zhang Qiang.
