iCaur Malaysia has officially launched the all-electric iCaur 03, and to everyone’s surprise, its sticker price is much lower than expected!
Featuring a boxy and edgy design, the iCaur 03 will start at just RM119,800 for the iCaur 03 2WD variant, with the iCaur 03 iWD variant at RM129,800. This means both variants are RM25,200 cheaper than what was initially estimated.

Powering the iCaur 03 2WD is a rear-mounted electric motor producing 184 hp (135 kW) and 220 Nm of torque. This enables a 0-100 km/h sprint in 10.5 seconds and a top speed of 150 km/h.
Equipped with a 65.7 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery pack, the iCaur 03 2WD has a range of 426 km (NEDC) or 371 km (WLTP), the latter according to the official specifications for the SUV’s Thai-market counterpart, the Jaecoo 6 EV, which is equipped with the same battery pack.

Stepping up to the iWD variant adds an electric motor on the front axle for an all-wheel drive setup, which produces a combined output of 279 hp (205 kW) and 385 Nm. This reduces the century sprint down to 6.5 seconds, while the top speed remains 150 km/h.
Equipped with a larger 69.8 kWh LFP battery pack, the iCaur 03 iWD has slightly less range at 418 km (NEDC) or 364 km (WLTP).
Both iCaur 03 variants support AC charging at 11 kW and DC charging at 80 kW. This allows the battery to recharge from 30-80% in 30 minutes. Additionally, the iCaur 03 also has vehicle-to-load (V2L) at 3.2 kW to power external devices.
The iCar 03 will be fully-imported (CBU) from China for now, until local assembly (CKD) commences at Chery Corporate Malaysia’s assembly plant in Shah Alam in January 2026.
