In an effort to address concerns about parts availability, Proton has also expanded its parts network in East Malaysia. The company recently opened two new regional parts centres in the region, one in Kuching and another in Kota Kinabalu, to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts to customers in the region.
Proton stated, “These RPCs significantly boost the company’s parts managing capability, ensuring that Sabah and Sarawak customers receive prompt and reliable service.”
