BMW Financial Services Malaysia today announced that BMW Engage, its online financing platform, has now extended its services to support the Premium Selection pre-owned used car portfolio. This move is in-line with BMW Group Malaysia’s commitment to digitalise its touchpoints; the company launched its online Premium Selection store last month.
The new service extension means that prospective customers looking to buy a BMW Premium Selection pre-owned vehicle can enjoy a more convenient financing pre-approval process with the BMW Engage platform. The platform offers services such as monthly instalment calculation, quotation generation, and instant loan pre-approvals.
BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia Managing Director Tobias Eismann said, “When BMW Engage was introduced early this year, it was a reverberation of our commitment to our loyal customers to continue delivering the Premium Ownership Experience – no matter the distance.
“The digital feature became a timely and necessary solution for customers during that period of physical divide at the height of the pandemic, and it continues to further enhance their purchasing journey.”
Until the 31st of December, BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia is also contributing RM100 to the BMW Safety 360° subsidy programme on behalf of their customers for every contract funded through the BMW Engage platform. The subsidy programme helps the company’s ongoing effort to provide B40 families in Malaysia with child car seats.
