It looks like Malaysia is set to welcome a new lineup of Bimmers, as BMW Malaysia prepares to host the upcoming BMW Clubhouse from 17 to 19 July 2026 at Factory 19, Petaling Jaya. A teaser posted on the company’s social media page featured a blurred-out vehicle on what appears to be the hardcore M3 CS Touring making its Malaysian debut at the event.
The company posted another teaser on LinkedIn showcasing the front fascia of the cars bound for the venue, spanning models equipped with conventional, electric, and plug-in hybrid powertrains. For a split second, that teaser revealed the front face of the M2 CS, complete with its signature split element inside the front grille.

This would mean that we will see an M2 on steroids that features a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged straight-six engine making 530 hp and 650 Nm, which propels the M2 CS from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and onwards to a top speed of 302 km/h. For comparison, this is a 50 hp and 50 Nm jump from the updated base automatic M2 model.
But if you are wondering if there will be a manual gearbox offered alongside the automatic for the BMW M2 CS, you are in for a disappointment, because the track-focused variant will only be available with the eight-speed slushbox.

On the more practical front, the BMW M3 CS Touring boasts 551 hp, compared to 510 hp in the pre-facelift standard M3 Touring. Torque remains unchanged at 650 Nm from its 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged straight-six engine.
Unlike the M2 CS, which serves strictly as a four-seater, the M3 CS Touring offers the full practical layout of a standard estate. This means it can comfortably ferry four people around a circuit, or up to five if you force a very brave friend to squeeze into the rear centre seat. More importantly, because it retains its traditional long-roof body style, you can subject your passengers to high-speed hot laps while still leaving a massive amount of cargo room at the back for all your trackside necessities.
This remains speculation, but if BMW Malaysia does launch these two sporty Bimmers here, expect them to cost a fortune. Even if you have the means to afford them, you had better make your decision fast because the M2 CS and the M3 Touring CS are limited-run models.
BMW Malaysia will also be previewing other cars for those seeking a more comfort-oriented daily drive. It looks like the marque could display its entire lineup sold in Malaysia, ranging from the 2 Series all the way to the X7. We could also see a potential preview of the all-new BMW iX3 L, which is slated for a market launch in Malaysia, and perhaps even the all-new BMW i3, but that remains to be seen.
