All-new 2018 Toyota Camry teased, debuting next month in Detriot

It appears that the 2018 Toyota Camry will make its debut soon, as seen with the sole image teased by the Japanese carmaker. The Camry is Toyota’s most important model in America, and you can trust that they won’t mess this up.

The image shows the tail section of the Camry, which sees a new slim LED cluster setup. There’s a faux vertical vent which closely resembles that of the facelifted Corolla‘s front bumper. The rear boot is complete with a sporty ducktail spoiler, and the XSE trim is the sportier variant among the North American Camry lineup.Toyota-Camry-Hybrid-18

Overall, the next generation Camry will carry a sportier outlook, and there’s a good chance of some Lexus styling trickling down to the brand’s volume chaser. The North American Toyota Camry will be fully uncovered at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit come January 2017. In our region meanwhile, we will be getting an updated version of the facelifted Camry. Judging from market trend, the current Camry could soldier on in Malaysia for at least one more year before we get the next-gen model.
