Positioned as a B-segment SUV, the Mitsubishi Xforce measures 4,390 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width, and 1,660 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,650 mm. These dimensions make the Xforce a larger SUV compared to the Proton X50, Perodua Traz, and Honda HR-V.

Featuring design cues first presented in Mitsubishi’s Silky & Solid design study, the Xforce faithfully brings the futuristic styling to the road with its prominent T-shaped lighting elements that function as both the daytime-running lights (DRLs) and integrated headlights. These flank a front grille representing Mitsubishi’s Dynamic Shield design language, and towards the rear, the Mitsubishi Xforce features taillights that mirror the front lighting setup.

Standard exterior equipment of the Mitsubishi Xforce includes:

  • 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels
  • Automatic LED headlights with welcome and cornering home light
  • Daytime-running lights (DRLs)
  • LED front fog lamps
  • Power-adjustable side mirrors with integrated turn indicators and folding function
  • Rear spoiler with integrated third brake light
  • Automatic windshield wipers with variable intermittent function
  • Rear wiper
  • Manual tailgate

Stepping up to the Ultimate variant of the Mitsubishi Xforce adds the following exterior equipment:

  • Hands-free powered tailgate with kick sensor
  • Black tailgate spoiler with integrated third brake light
  • “XFORCE” wordmark on the bonnet

Similarly, the interior of the Mitsubishi Xforce is also heavily inspired by the Silky & Solid design language, with the dashboard on the range-topping Ultimate variant equipped with a Melange Weave fabric dashboard covering, making it the first Mitsubishi with this stain-resistant material.

For practicality, the interior boasts 23 storage compartments, including a chilled centre console. The rear seats feature eight-step reclining and a two-tier cargo area, offering up to 410 litres of space.

The range-topping Ultimate variant features a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display with various off-road themes, paying homage to the Mitsubishi Pajero. These include a digital compass, elevation visualiser, tilt angle gauge, and a menu called “Avionics” that displays engine information such as fuel flow, vacuum pressure, and steering angle.

Standard interior equipment of the Mitsubishi Xforce includes:

  • Black with soft-touch interior trim and door cards
  • Leather wrapped multi-function steering wheel with tilt and telescopic
  • 4.2-inch TFT gauge cluster

The Mitsubishi Xforce in Malaysia is powered by a 1.5-litre engine, producing 105 hp and 141 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT gearbox that drives the front wheels. Fuel consumption is rated at 5.6 L/100km, according to the Malaysian Driving Cycle (MDC).

It features the marque’s active yaw control (AYC) system and a ground clearance of 222 mm, which MMM touts as best in class. In terms of off-road capabilities, the Mitsubishi Xforce boasts an approach angle of 21 degrees and a departure angle of 30.5 degrees. It also has a turning radius of 5.2 meters.

Drivers can toggle between four drive modes, which are: Normal, Wet, Gravel, and Mud via a switch on the dashboard. Despite the Xforce being front-wheel drive, these modes actively recalibrate the Active Yaw Control (AYC), steering weight, and traction control for a better driving experience in these specified road conditions.

For standard safety systems, the Mitsubishi Xforce is equipped with four airbags, rear-cross traffic alert, and blind spot monitors. Other standard safety features include front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree surround view camera, hill start assist, and autohold. The range-topping Ultimate variant is equipped with six airbags and a suite of ADAS features, which includes:

  • Forward collision mitigation (FCM)
  • Lead car departure notification (LCDN)
  • Automatic high-beam (AHB)
  • Adaptive cruise control with Stop and Go function (ACC)
  • Tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS)

The 2026 Mitsubishi Xforce is available in four exterior colours. These are Diamond Black Mica, Red Metallic, Graphite Gray, and Quartz White Pearl. Priced from RM109,980, the Mitsubishi Xforce comes with a five-year unlimited mileage warranty.

In conjunction with the launch of the Mitsubishi Xforce, MMM is extending its early bird promotion to 12 April 2026. The promotion includes a RM5,000 cash rebate, three free labour services, and an entry into a “Buy 1 Free 1” contest, where one lucky owner stands a chance to win another unit of the Mitsubishi Xforce Ultimate. Additionally, a loyalty program and government scheme provide an extra RM1,000 cash rebate, respectively.

Futhermore, MMM is also offering three accessory packages. These are:

  • Excitement package – Adds on front under garnish, side door garnish, rear under garnish (RM4,100)
  • Fashion roof rail package (RM2,200)
  • Practical package – Adds on Luggage tray and mud guard (RM700)

For these three accessory packages, MMM is offering a 20% discount for the first 50 customers, reducing the prices to RM3,280, RM1,760, and RM560, respectively.
