First teased for Malaysia in early 2025, the GWM Ora Good Cat GT has officially made its Malaysian debut. Priced at RM119,800, on-the-road, without insurance, the sporty variant launches alongside the updated standard Ora Good Cat, which retails for RM109,800.
Living up to the “GT” in its name, the Ora Good Cat GT is equipped with a 171 hp (126 kW) and 250 Nm electric motor on the front axle. Compared to the standard variant, the GT is 28 hp and 40 Nm more powerful. Equipped with a 57.7 kWh battery, the Good Cat GT has a range of 460 km (NEDC).
Charging is supported via 6.6 kW AC charging, which takes approximately nine hours to fully charge the car. With DC charging at 60 kW, this enables a 0-80% top-up in 54 minutes or 30-80% in 38 minutes.

Unlike the cutesy design of the standard Good Cat, the Ora Good Cat GT gets a more sporty design featuring a two-tone yellow contrast accents on the front and rear bumpers, side mirrors, alloy wheels, and the new rear spoiler that includes a “GT” emblem on the endplates.
Inside, the GWM Ora Good Cat GT is equipped with black and yellow suede leather upholstery, with infotainment provided by a 10.25-inch central display. Also new on the hatchback is support for smartphone connectivity via the new My GWM app, which enables owners to remotely control their car functions like seat ventilation, power windows, and sunroof.
