MINI Malaysia has announced the availability of the all-new 2025 MINI Countryman S All4, which will be joining the recently-unveiled Countryman line-up together with the fully electric Countryman SE ALL4, and the John Cooper Works Countryman. The new petrol variant will be locally assembled (CKD) in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, and estimated to be priced from RM259,000.
From a visual standpoint, the 2025 MINI Countryman S ALL4 looks practically identical to the fully electric SE variant. The CKD MINI Countryman S ALL4 comes standard with the Favoured Trim package, which includes standard exterior features such as:
- 20-inch two-tone Windmill spoke wheels
- Unique LED lights with customisable daytime running lights
- LED tail lights with customisable graphics
The new MINI Countryman S ALL4 is available in a total of six colours: Smokey Green, Slate Blue, Chili Red, Melting Silver, Nanuq White, and Blazing Blue. Meanwhile, the interior colour only has one option, Dark Petrol.
Despite having the same dimensions as its electrified sibling, the petrol-powered MINI Countryman S ALL4 boasts a larger 505 litre boot space that can be expanded to 1,530 litres, as it doesn’t need to house EV batteries in its boot floor.

Under the bonnet of the MINI Countryman S ALL4 is a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine, making 204 hp and 300 Nm of torque. This is paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission, sending power to all four wheels via the ALL4 All-Wheel-Drive system. This translates to a 0-100 km/h time of 7.4 seconds and a top speed of 228 km/h for the Countryman S ALL4.
Looking at the tech inside, the Countryman S ALL4 includes the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant, MINI’s first fully-fledged voiced assistant that enables voice-controlled navigation and other vehicle functions.
The CKD petrol variant comes standard with the Favoured Trim package which includes:
- 9.4-inch round OLED central display
- John Cooper Works sport seats
- Electrically-adjustable seats with memory & massage function
- Comfort access system
- Comfort Package Plus interior rear-view mirror with automatic anti-drizzle function
- Headliner anthracite
- 12-speaker 365W Harman Kardon Surround Sound System
The MINI mobile app has other functions such as MINI Digital Key Plus, which allows owners to share their key digitally with others to facilitate car sharing.
The MINI Countryman S ALL4 is also equipped with an extensive list of safety features, including:

The estimated pricing of the new MINI Countryman S ALL4 is estimated to be priced at RM259,000 on-the-road without insurance. Opting for the four-year Extended Warranty and Service Package brings the price up to RM270,000 (estimated).
Also available for the new MINI Countryman S ALL4 is coverage from MINI Malaysia’s Five-Year Roadside Assistance programme, providing 24-hour roadside assistance.
