Toyota has just debuted two special edition models of the GR Yaris, the Toyota GR Yaris Ogier Edition and the GR Yaris Rovanperä Edition. Supervised by rally drivers, Sébastien Ogier and Kalle Rovanperä, the special edition hot hatches have made their world premiere at the Monte Carlo Rally, the first round of the 2024 FIA World Rally Championship. Toyota has gathered feedback from the two rally drivers and has incorporated them into the two special edition GR Yaris’ interior and exterior changes.
On the outside, the Toyota GR Yaris Ogier Edition is finished in a Matte Stealth Grey paint job, along with a front radiator grille decoration which reflects the French national flag. It also comes with a set of 18-inch BBS aluminium wheels with the Toyota Gazoo Racing logo and French national flag imprinted on them, along with blue callipers.

The GR Yaris Ogier Edition also features the Ogier Edition logo on the back door, a lightweight rally spoiler made of carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP), and a steering wheel stitching in blue, grey, and red, just like the French national flag.
The Toyota GR Yaris Rovanperä Edition on the other hand gets a three-tone paint, which is applied in motifs by the designer of the helmet that Rovanpera uses when rallying. It also sports WRC victory commemorative decals attached to the left and right front fenders.

Also included with the GR Yaris Rovanperä Edition is a set of 18-inch BBS aluminium wheels with the Toyota Gazoo Racing logo. There is also the Rovanperä Edition logo on the back door, a CFRP rear spoiler, and a steering wheel stitching in blue and grey.
Included with both special editions of the Toyota GR Yaris are the WRC victory commemorative decals on the left and right front fenders, and the Toyota Gazoo Racing decals on the left and right doors. The Rovanperä Edition also gets the Toyota Gazoo Racing decals on its rear bumper.

Toyota has also fitted the GR Yaris Ogier Edition and Rovanperä Edition with the WRC Victory commemorative badge on the passenger seat and grey stitching for the shift boot, parking brake cover, and seats. Interestingly, however, the vertical handbrake that debuted with the recently updated manual Yaris did not make it to the two special edition models.
Performance-wise, Toyota has integrated new exclusively developed 4WD controls for the Toyota GR Yaris Ogier Edition and Rovanperä Edition. The Ogier Edition comes with a Morizo mode, while the Rovanperä Edition gets a Donut mode.

Only 100 units will be made for the Toyota GR Yaris Ogier Edition and Rovanperä Edition respectively. Both hot hatches are also available in Japan at Toyota’s GR Garage locations throughout the country via lottery.
