If you’ve ever wondered if the front-wheel drive-only, seven-seater family MPV can handle the odd off-road trails on your camping trips, well – wonder no more. Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is organising the Xpander Venture event this weekend, where you’ll be able to experience the Xpander on a purposefully designed obstacle course yourselves.
The event will run from 14-15 January 2023, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm at Dataran Karnival, Stadium Shah Alam, and admission is free for all!
Visitors to the event can test drive the Mitsubishi Xpander through a unique obstacle course, designed to highlight the MPV’s versatility and handling capabilities. Some of the highlights include the Side Traverse test, where you’ll hike up a steep incline on just one side of the car, the Roller Conveyer challenge to demonstrate the Xpander’s traction control system on slippery or rugged surfaces, and even a water-wading obstacle!
Participants of the test drive also stand a chance to win exciting prizes, including a Nintendo Switch game console, G-Shock watch, and a North Face jacket.

Aside from the test drives, attendees will also get the chance to meet and interact with some of Malaysia’s top celebrities, including Sherry Alhadad, Sharifah Shahirah, and Bell Ngasri at specific time slots across the entire weekend.
Customers who book a Mitsubishi Xpander or Triton pick-up truck at the event will also receive an 8 oz Stanley lifestyle tumbler for free.
In conjunction with the New Year festivities, MMM will be offering the Mitsubishi Xpander at either a low monthly instalment rate starting from RM798, or a low-interest rate of 2.38% (valid with Maybank or Public Bank only).
Customers can also take advantage of a special trade-in programme that offers an additional RM2,000 cash rebate when they trade in their existing car for a new Mitsubishi Xpander. These promotions will only run until the 31st of March, 2023 – so be quick.

After the weekend at Shah Alam, the Xpander Venture event will be making its way to two other states – Johor Toppen Mall Outdoor Carpark from 4-5 February 2023, and Kota Kinabalu Kompleks Sukan Likas from 4-5 March 2023.
