In light of the ongoing health pandemic, Hyundai-Sime Darby Motor (HSDM) has introduced a new ‘Click to Buy’ online car shopping platform to help make buying a Hyundai more convenient for customers during recent movement control orders.
With a user-friendly interface, the new Click to Buy website makes arranging test drives, placing a booking, or learning more about the Hyundai models at just a simple click away.
HSDM Managing Director, Low Yuan Lung said, “We want to help break the chain of transmission during this pandemic and encourage our customers to stay at home, and so we are bringing our showroom to our customers, with an offer of a unique online shopping experience.”
Aside from the booking a new car, customers can also reach out to obtain more information either by phone to the company’s sales personnel or customer service hotline, filling up the contact form, or via the live chat feature on the website.
They can also check for their nearest dealership via the website, and pay the booking fees directly online – which has been lowered to RM300 for all models compared to RM500 at the physical dealership!
