The Lexus NX represented the brand’s entry-level SUV when it was launched back in 2014. Today, that role has since been taken over by the Lexus UX.
With the model being around for close to seven years, it is a matter of time before Lexus introduced a replacement. We will not need to wait any longer, as the company has released a sole teaser image of the all-new Lexus NX.
The single image zooms to the rear of the all-new Lexus NX. The tail lamps and the spelt-out ‘LEXUS’ font have elements from the Lexus LF-Z Concept, featuring a thick lighting bar connecting the two taillamps, reminiscent of the 2019 Porsche Macan facelift model.
The current-generation Lexus NX is powered by either a turbocharged 2.0-litre engine developing 235 hp and 350 Nm of torque, or a 2.5-litre petrol-hybrid with 197 hp whilst returning 7.1 l/100 km of fuel consumption (WLTP).
The all-new Lexus NX is the first of two new models that Lexus plans to unveil this year.
