Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM), the sole distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Malaysia, has launched two new after-sales loyalty programmes for enhanced customer and ownership experience – the Loyalty Card that offers discounts and freebies and the i-Care Plus Programme for owners of older Hyundai vehicles.
The Loyalty Card comes automatically with the ownership of any Hyundai model. Membership privileges include exclusive monthly promotions, such as a 20% discount on Klima Fresh and BlueChem car care products for the month of April.
Customers can expect more privileges in the future such as birthday month discounts on after-sales service, discounts on Hyundai merchandise and a higher trade-in value when purchasing another new Hyundai vehicle. Existing customers can register for their complimentary Loyalty Card at any authorised Hyundai service centre nationwide and check for promotional updates via Hyundai’s official website.
The i-Care Plus programme, on the other hand, focuses on owners with four-year-old or older Hyundai vehicles. For only RM20, customers will get six discount vouchers which offer a 10% discount on selected parts, and a 5% discount on labour charges, in addition to two free bottles of engine oil and an oil filter. Available for a limited time from 1st April, the i-Care Plus programme is valid for 35 months from the date of purchase and can be purchased at any authorised Hyundai service centre nationwide.
