Hyundai released teaser images of Bayon, an all-new B-segment crossover

Hyundai Motor has released several images of its all-new B-segment crossover, the Bayon. We may have some reservations with that name but there’s no denying how futuristic this thing looks (from what’s revealed, at least).

Like the new Elantra and Sonata launched in Malaysia recently, the company has confirmed that Bayon will be the latest model to incorporate its Sensuous Sportiness design language.

The black strip between the slim daytime running lights is actually an air duct to channel air towards the engine bay. The Hyundai Bayon’s headlamps on the other hand have been positioned on the front bumper, just like the new Hyundai Kona in Malaysia.

Along with the arrow-shaped tail lights that resemble those on the Lexus UX crossover, the front and rear of the all-new Bayon has been design to make the B-segment look wider.

As for the rest of the car, more will be revealed in the coming weeks with the crossover expected to be fully revealed by the first half of this year.
