Naza Group auto brands resume operations starting today

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) which sees the resumption of business in most industries, Naza Group has announced that several of its automotive brands are also resuming operations, starting today.

The companies under the Naza Group umbrella reopening today include Naza Italia, NZ Wheels (Mercedes-Benz), Naza Kia Malaysia, Nasim (Peugeot), Naza Euro Motors (Citroen and DS), and Naza Motor Trading.

In line with the standard operating procedures (SOP) issued by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and relevant local authorities, Naza Group says that safety and hygiene measures will be strictly enforced at all of its premises.

Mercedes-Benz dealership NZ Wheels will be reopening its Klang Autohaus, KL North-East Service Centre and Johor Bahru Autohaus
outlets, all operating strictly on an appointment-only basis. Customers who are looking to service their vehicles will be required to contact the respective service branches to acquire a prior booking.

Meanwhile, Naza Kia Malaysia is resuming full operations at all of its authorised outlets in stages, starting today. The previously-announced Kia Promise initiative is still in effect, providing a peace of mind to Kia owners during these uncertain times.

Customers who were unable to carry out their scheduled maintenance will be given a grace period of two months or 2,000 km (in moderation) beyond the standard six months or 10,000 km service interval to service their vehicle following the end of MCO. As for warranties expiring between February 1 and April 30, the Kia Promise campaign will automatically extend the warranty to the 30th of June 2020.

According to the statement, Nasim and Naza Euro Cars will only be resuming its aftersales operations. Peugeot, Citroen and DS owners are required to make a booking prior to their visit at the premises. The company reassures that all warranties for the three aforementioned brands will still be honoured, if their scheduled service due date falls within the MCO period.

Lastly, Naza Motor Trading will be resuming regular business hours from 9 am to 6 pm starting today at its Naza Automall PJ outlet.
