In view of the extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO) period to the 28th of April, TC Euro Cars (TCEC) has introduced its Renault Relax campaign to help take your mind off vehicle maintenance worries.
Firstly, vehicles with their warranty expiring between 18th March to 28th April will be given a 30-day extension to the 28th of May to carry out any warranty reparation works.
Similarly, vehicles with their periodic servicing due between the MCO period will also be given a grace period until 28 May to catch-up on their service intervals. Vehicles services during the grace period will not be considered to have missed a scheduled service.
In anticipation of the increased traffic at the service centres during the 30-day grace period, TCEC will also be extending the operating hours of all authorised Renault service centres. The Petaling Jaya Service Centre will be open from 7.30 am to 9 pm on Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 7 pm on Saturdays, and 10 am to 7 pm on Sundays.
As for all other authorised Renault Service Centres, the extended operating hours are 8.30 am to 8 pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 8.30 am to 5 pm on Saturdays.
For added convenience, all Renault customers can also now request for door-to-door delivery service for their service appointments. Previously available only for new and Renault Subscription customers, the free-of-charge service offering pick-up and return of serviced vehicles will be available for customers in the Klang Valley, within 30 km of authorised service centres.
As part of the Renault Relax campaign, TCEC is also offering 25% savings on tyres (205/55R17 ContiEco Contact 5 tyres at RM345 per tyre), and a 10% discount on batteries (Atlas BX).
The tyre discount is applicable to owners of the Renault Captur and Fluence. To enjoy the savings, simply make a ‘lock-in’ booking of RM100 on the Renault E-Store from 15 April to 15 May 2020. The lock-in fee will be deducted from the total invoice during redemption, made anytime from 15 May to 31 August 2020.
Additionally, all customers purchasing two tyres or more during the redemption period will also be entitled to a free tyre balancing service. As for the battery promotion, every unit of the Atlas BX battery purchased until the 30th of June will receive a 10% discount.
