Because in that colour, it doesn’t show off the prominence of the car’s actual design, swoops and curves; it’s just not flattering.
So in conjunction with the launch of the new G20 BMW 330i M Sport, BMW Group Malaysia also cheekily previewed the new G29 BMW Z4 – specifically a left-hand drive M40i model.
However, we won’t be getting one of those. The model we’ll be getting instead is the sDrive30i where it is expected to cost under RM500,000.
The sDrive30i will be powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine making 258 hp and 400 Nm, just like the 330i M Sport launched today. 0 to 100 km/h is done in just 5.4 seconds, quicker than the 330i’s 5.8 seconds.
