Just eight days after its official launch in Malaysia, Perodua has delivered 1,000 units of the all-new Perodua Myvi with over 80 per cent of the deliveries being the 1.5L variants. As of Friday 24 November 2017, bookings for the Myvi have breached the 13,000 mark.
The new Myvi’s high flying success kickstarted since its first public appearance at the 2017 Malaysia Autoshow where over 5,000 prospective buyers placed their bookings for one before even seeing the car in full. Those who are keen on having one can expect a swift delivery as Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd Managing Director, Dato’ Dr. Zahari Husin said that there is sufficient stock to meet the demand.
Dato’ Dr. Zahari added, “We are now focusing our efforts on delivery of the all-new Myvi to our customers as we understand their urgent need for transportation,” Perodua targets to sell an average of 6,000 units of the new Myvi monthly, driving sales figures to achieve their annual sales target of 202,000 cars for 2017.
