Earlier this year, Toyota revealed the 2017 Toyota Corolla Altis facelift that sports the firm’s Keen Look and Under Priority design language. Now, the 11th generation of this Malaysian favourite C-Segment sedan was caught in broad daylight on a Turkish street.
Seen under real light from the pictures at otodriver.com, the latest Corolla Altis looks tamer compared to the firm’s latest offerings like the C-HR, Mirai and Prius Prime. That said, the chromed grille does a pretty good job of zesting up the face of this rather sedate sedan.
The world’s best selling compact car comes in many guises (and names) to suit different market conditions around the world. We are willing to bet our last dollar that this very model here will hit our shores in the near future without any major cosmetic changes.
The local C-segment is occupied by quite a few capable models, all with their own strengths to appeal to their own set of buyers. It would be interesting to see what UMW will be doing to fend off the competitors.
