More photos of the Zeekr 007 GT have surfaced on Weibo, confirming it as the marque’s second shooting brake after the larger 001.
Unfortunately, the term shooting brake nowadays is applied with plenty of creative liberty as the exact definition means the vehicle needs to have only two doors. Most “shooting brakes” now have four doors. Still, we’re not complaining because at least it’s not an SUV.

The pure electric model will be available in either in single-motor or dual-motor configurations, with the former delivering 421 hp and the latter’s extra motor adding 224 hp into the mix for a total of 645 hp. It will use a Li-ion ternary battery pack from CATL and as well as its in-house Golden Battery based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry.
The launch is slated for the second quarter of 2025 and the model will be renamed as the Zeekr 7 GT in overseas markets, perhaps for copyright reasons. Apart from the 007 GT, Zeekr will be looking to launch an additional two models in the second half of the year.

It will share similar dimensions to the Zeekr 007 sedan. Having been launched in the tail end of 2023, Zeekr has delivered over 44,451 units of the 007 sedan, accounting for 22.8% of sales during that period. The 007’s SUV brother, the Zeekr 7X, was also unveiled last year, and already confirmed for launch in Malaysia this year.
Nonetheless, the Zeekr 001 is still the marque’s best-seller with 76,246 units sold in 2023 and making up 64 % of the 118,685 Zeekr units delivered in the year.
