The Zeekr X has been launched in Malaysia with two variants available – the Premium RWD at RM155,800 and the Flagship AWD at RM172,800.
Both variants are fitted with 66kWh batteries and while the Premium RWD offers up to 440 km range, the AWD’s range is up to 420 km.
The Premium RWD can take 7kW AC charging while the AWD can take up to 11 kW. With 11 kW AC charging, a full charge takes seven hours. Both can handle up to 150 kW DC charging. With 150 kW DC charging 10-80% takes 30 minutes.
The Premium RWD makes 272 hp and 343 Nm, for a 0-100 km/h time of 5.6 seconds. The more powerful dual-motor, all-wheel drive Flagship makes 428 hp and 543 Nm for a supercar-matching 0-100 km/h time of 3.8 seconds. Top speed in both the RWD and AWD variants is 190 km/h.
In terms of exterior colours, the Zeekr X is available in Crystal White, Grid Grey, Mist Grey, Palace Beige and Pine Green. Standard exterior equipment are as follow:
- LED headlamps with lightshow
- Powered tailgate
- Panoramic sunroof with heat protection
- Flush door handles
The obvious differences between the RWD and AWD are the wheels. The RWD comes with 18-inch wheels while the AWD comes with 19-inch all-round. The AWD also gets the Intelligent B-Pillar that displays animated graphics including charging status. The headlamps of the Zeekr X are on the bumpers while the bug eye-shaped lighting on top are daytime running lights.
The two-tone interior features are almost the same on both variants. They include:
- 14.6 infotainment touchscreen
- Wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto
- 50 watt Wireless charger
- 360-degree display
- Digital Video Recorder
- 6-way powered driver seat
- Augmented head’s-up display (AR-HUD)
- 13-speaker Yamaha sound system
- Ambient lightning
With the AWD, you get a 13-speaker Yamaha sound system instead of the 7-speaker system in the RWD. The AWD also gets the additional augmented reality head-up display.
For safety, both variants offer a full suite of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features which comprises of a five camera and five radar setup . They include:
- Adaptive cruise control (ACC)
- Automatic lance change (ALC)
- Automatic lane change (ALC)
- Lane centering control (LCC)
- Lane keeping assist (LKA)
- Blind spot detection (BSD)
- Front cross traffic assist (FCTA)
- Rear cross traffic assist (RCTA)
Additional safety features included in the Zeekr X are front and rear autonomous braking, door opening warning, parking emergency braking, evasive manoeuvre assist and a driver performance monitor.
Included in the price of each purchase is a five-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty, as well as an eight-year/160,000 km battery warranty. The Zeekr 009 also comes with two years of complimentary connected services, offering 6GB per month of internet data for access to the Zeekr Connected Companion app, onboard navigation, as well as continuous system over-the-air updates.
As part of its launch celebrations, the first 500 users will also enjoy a free AC home charger worth RM8,000, a portable charger cable (three pin), solar window film, as well as a sunshade for the panoramic glass roof.
