40,000 units of the Mitsubishi Xpander have been made in Malaysia since its debut 4 years ago

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is celebrating a significant milestone with the 40,000th unit of their popular MPV, the Xpander, which has rolled off the production line. To mark this achievement, MMM is launching a campaign to find the lucky customer who will purchase the 40,000th Xpander. This customer will be rewarded with a grand prize of a RM10,000 travel voucher.

“Reaching the 40,000th unit sales milestone for the Xpander is a testament to the trust and loyalty of our customers,” said Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia CEO, Shinya Ikeda. He credits the Xpander’s success to its stylish design, good handling, and drivability.

The Xpander has maintained its position as Malaysia’s No. 1 non-national MPV for the first half of 2024. To capitalize on this success, MMM is hosting a nationwide showroom event from July 13 to 28, offering special deals to visitors. Beyond the celebratory campaign, this milestone highlights the continued popularity of the Xpander in the Malaysian market. Locally assembled since 2020, the Xpander has carved a market with its combination of style and practicality.

This news will likely be of interest to those considering a new MPV. Potential buyers can visit Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia’s website or social media channels for more information on the Xpander and the celebratory campaign. They can also visit authorized Mitsubishi showrooms nationwide to learn more about available promotions.
