Jetour Auto Malaysia has announced that the Jetour T1 is now open for booking. Two variants are available, the 1.5L TGDi 2WD and the 2.0L TGDi XWD, with prices estimated to start at RM143,800 and RM153,800, respectively.
Positioned below the Jetour T2, the T1 measures 4,705 mm long, 1,967 mm wide, and 1,843 mm tall. This makes the T1 slightly smaller than its sibling, despite both SUVs sharing an identical 2,800 mm wheelbase.
Full specifications have not been released yet, but Jetour Auto Malaysia confirmed the base variant runs a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT). While outputs are not disclosed, global specifications suggest this mill produces 184 hp and 290 Nm.
The 1.5-litre variant features full LED headlamps and taillights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and leatherette seats with power adjustment for the driver. The cabin is equipped with a 12.8-inch infotainment display, an eight-speaker audio system, and monochrome ambient lighting. Safety is handled by a suite of level 2 ADAS features and a surround-view panoramic camera system.

Stepping up, the second variant utilises a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine. Outputs were similarly omitted from the local announcement, but international figures point toward 254 hp and 390 Nm, likely paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
This variant adds 7+X drive modes and upgrades to 19-inch alloy wheels and a panoramic sunroof. Internal upgrades include a memory function for the driver seat, a power-adjustable passenger seat, and a larger 15.6-inch multimedia display. It also swaps the standard kit for a Sony nine-speaker sound system and 64-colour ambient lighting.
Expected to launch soon, the Jetour T1 will be available in four exterior colours: Khaki White, Aviation Silver, Sand Gold, and Carbon Black.
