Following its global reveal earlier this month, Bentley Kuala Lumpur has announced that the new 2025 Bentley Bentayga Speed is now open for orders in Malaysia, with prices starting from a sweet RM2.8 million inclusive of duties, but before options.
The big news here is of course the end of the W12, with Bentley having discontinued the iconic engine in July last year. Still, Bentley says the new 2025 model is the fastest and most powerful Bentayga Speed to date, courtesy of the 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine in its place under the bonnet.
The new-old engine – sans electrification – has been uprated here to 650 hp and 800 Nm of torque – the most this engine has ever made. In performance terms, it’ll propel the 2.5-tonne land-yacht from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, half a second quicker than the W12 model, before reaching a top speed of 310 km/h (when equipped with the optional carbon ceramic brakes).
Other new additions to the 2025 Bentayga Speed include a new ESC Dynamic setting in sports mode (also only with carbon ceramic brakes), which is essentially a drift mode that allows for customisable on-throttle slip angles. The suspension has been stiffened by some 15%, and it’s also now available with all-wheel steering for the first time.

Otherwise, the Bentayga Speed remains much like the car that precedes it. On the outside, it gets a range of exclusive Speed styling touches, including the model-specific badging on the front doors, dark-tinted Speed-specific headlamps, and an optional black roof finish unique to this model. It also comes with exclusive 22-inch alloy wheels, with the option to upgrade to 23-inch rims… with the optional carbon ceramic brakes.
Inside, the new Bentley Bentayga Speed showcases a new Precision Diamond quilted upholstery, which is complemented by a Speed-exclusive colour split on its upholstery. The digital instrument cluster features unique Speed-specific graphics, while the chrome accents throughout the cabin can be optionally finished in a dark tint.
