Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia celebrates 20th anniversary with special rebates!


Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is celebrating its 20th anniversary in Malaysia at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 with special rebates for the Mitsubishi Triton and Xpander.

Since entering the Malaysian market in 2005, MMM has delivered over 200,000 vehicles to customers nationwide, with the Mitsubishi Triton accounting for 54.3% of these sales, according to a press materials provided by MMM.

CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, Shinya Ikeda said, “Reaching our 20th anniversary is more than just a milestone—it’s a testament to the trust, passion, and support of our customers, dealers, and partners.

“Looking ahead, MMM remains committed to delivering vehicles that inspire confidence, support our customers’ ambitions, and embody driving performance, reliability, and trusted after-sales care,” he added.

To mark the occasion, MMM is now offering customers who book the Mitsubishi Triton Athlete – limited to just 200 units – an exclusive 20th Anniversary rebate of RM8,000 cash or five years of complimentary maintenance.

Powering the top-of-the-range Mitsubishi Triton Athlete is a 2.4-litre inline four-cylinder turbodiesel engine producing 204 hp and 470 Nm of torque. This is mated to a six-speed automatic gearbox that drives all four wheels via the Super Select II 4WD system, which offers seven drive modes.

The Mitsubishi Xpander, which received a facelift in Malaysia last year, is priced from RM99,980 to RM109,980 and is offered in a sole seven-seater configuration. Powering the MPV is a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine producing 104 hp and 141 Nm of torque, paired with a four-speed automatic gearbox driving the front wheels.
