Porsche is having a busy year-end with the debut of the Porsche 911 GT3 and Carrera T. The Stuttgart-based carmaker has expanded its Taycan lineup with three new variants: the Porsche Taycan GTS, Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo, and the Porsche Taycan 4S.
These new Taycan variants benefit from a host of enhancements introduced earlier this year. They include improved battery and vehicle performance. These improvements are the result of a new rear-axle motor delivering up to 109 hp (80 kW) more power, a modified pulse inverter with optimised software, improved batteries, revised thermal management, a next-generation heat pump, and a modified recuperation and all-wheel-drive strategy.

The Taycan can now be charged at up to 320 kW at 800-volt DC charging stations, while the maximum recuperation capacity during deceleration from high speeds has increased to 400 kW.
Available in both sedan and Sport Turismo body styles, the Taycan GTS unleashes up to 700 hp (515 kW) with overboost and launch control engaged. Need an extra jolt? A new push-to-pass function as part of the standard Sport Chrono package, provides an additional 95 hp (70kW) for 10 seconds, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in 3.3 seconds.
Beyond the performance boost, the Taycan GTS also benefits from an increased WLTP range of up to 628 km – a significant 120 km improvement over its predecessor. Porsche has also crafted a distinctive sound profile to set the Taycan GTS apart from its siblings.

Visually, the Porsche Taycan GTS is distinguished by its black and anthracite grey accents. Sport design front and rear aprons with black high-gloss inlays are a new addition, complemented by black high-gloss mirror bases. The 20-inch Taycan Turbo S Aero Design wheels come standard, with an option to upgrade to 21-inch RS Spyder Design wheels in anthracite grey.
The interior takes inspiration from the Taycan Turbo GT, featuring race-tex smooth black leather upholstery, adaptive sports seats plus, a GT multifunction sports steering wheel, and a Bose surround sound system as standard.

To further enhance the driving experience, the Taycan GTS boasts a specifically-tuned chassis and optional rear-axle steering. Adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) is paired with Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) as standard. Also available as an option is the Porsche Active Ride suspension control system with GTS-specific tuning.
Perhaps 700 hp is a bit much? The Porsche Taycan 4S equipped with either the Standard Performance battery or the optional Performance Battery Plus, delivering up to 408 hp (300 kW) or 435 hp (320 kW) respectively with Launch Control.

Range is up to 559 km (WLTP), equipped with the Standard Performance battery and 643 km (WLTP), with the Performance Plus battery. With an electric motor on each axle, the Taycan 4S reaches 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds.
Externally, standard equipment for the Porsche Taycan 4S includes 19-inch Taycan aero wheels and black brake callipers and matrix LED headlights. The Adaptive Air Suspension with PASM are fitted as standard.
The Taycan 4S comes standard with 19-inch Taycan aero wheels, black brake callipers, and Matrix LED headlights. Inside, comfort seats with eight-way electric adjustment, black partial leather trim, and a host of other features are also standard. The partial leather interior is also available in Slate Grey or a two-tone Black/Chalk Beige.
