JPJ issues recall for Perodua Alza and Aruz – 3,657 vehicles affected


The Malaysian Road Transportation Department (JPJ) has issued a recall notice for the Perodua Alza and Aruz, affecting 3,657 vehicles.

Announced via JPJ’s official Facebook page, the reason for the recall is due to misaligned headlights, which are not in compliance with road legal specifications. The vehicles affected models manufactured in 2024, and involves these variants:

  • Perodua Alza (X, H and AV)
  • Perodua Aruz (X and AV)

Affected Perodua owners are urged to contact their nearest authorised dealership or visit Perodua’s UFirst mobile app or website for further details and to schedule an appointment.
