MyDigital ID Sdn Bhd CEO Mohd Mirza Mohd Noor has confirmed in a statement according to BERNAMA that the integration of MyDigital ID with the MyJPJ app has been postponed and not cancelled.
This follows the announcement by Malaysian Transport Minister, Anthony Loke on Wednesday where users of the MyJPJ app will require a MyDigital ID to sign in to MyJPJ from 10th October onwards.
The minister (Loke) has just announced the postponement of the implementation of the ‘Single Login’ feature, which allows users to log in with only one account. During this suspension period, users can still choose to use their existing MyJPJ login or MyDigital ID to access the application,” Mirza said in a statement.

MyDigital ID is a national digital identity platform, while MyJPJ is an app used for various road transport services in Malaysia. The initial plan was to integrate the two, allowing users to access MyJPJ services using their MyDigital ID from 10th October 2024 onwards. However, this plan has been temporarily put on hold.
“Any further questions about the MyDigital ID program or related matters, the public is encouraged to contact MyDigital ID Sdn Bhd, the entity responsible for overseeing the implementation of digital ID and related project information,” said Mirza.
