A whopping 543 MINI owners gathered at Resorts World Awana, Genting Highlands last weekend for the first-ever Malaysia MINI Day 2024 event, setting a new record for the most MINIs gathered in Malaysia.
The event was organised by the MINI Pattern Group, in conjunction with the owners’ club’s 10th anniversary. In addition to MINIacs from all across Malaysia, the event also saw attendees from Singapore too, who helped transform the parking lot into a MINI-filled festival ground over the weekend.

The official record, with 513 MINIs registered at the event, was set at 11:30 am on the 27th October, but more cars turned up over the two-day festival, bringing the number up to 543 – an impressive showcase of the “Big Love” spirit within the MINI community.
Aside from the MINI gathering, attendees were also treated to various fun activities including art competitions and a car boot sale. Participants also had the opportunity to test drive some of the latest MINI Electric models at the event, including the all-new MINI Cooper SE, MINI Countryman SE ALL4, and the MINI Aceman.
