CKD 2024 Peugeot Landtrek launched in Malaysia, from RM124k – revised suspension, new SE variant



Stellantis Malaysia has just launched the 2024 Peugeot Landtrek, which is now locally assembled (CKD) at the brand’s plant in Gurun, Kedah. Priced from RM124,124, the Landtrek is now offered in two variants, including the new Landtrek Special Edition (SE). This makes the French pickup truck slightly over RM4,000 more expensive than the fully imported (CBU) model.

On the outside, the Peugeot Landtrek SE in Malaysia is packed with a range of new accessories. This includes new taillight dampers, black Landtrek decals on the side of the truck bed, black wheel arches, and so on.

The Peugeot Landtrek SE in Malaysia comes with two colour options, namely Rockstone Grey and Ceramic White. The Landtrek Allure on the other hand is offered with six colour options. This includes Ceramic White, Silver Grey, Magnetic Blue, Red Rubi, Rockstone Grey, and the model-exclusive Olea Green.

Powering the Peugeot Landtrek in Malaysia continues to be a Changan-sourced 1.9-litre turbodiesel engine that makes 150 hp and 350 Nm. Paired with a 6-speed Punch automatic transmission, power can be sent to all four wheels via the brand’s part-time 4-wheel drive (4WD) system.

The powertrain and further technical details of the Peugeot Landtrek are as such:

Inside, the Malaysian-spec Peugeot Landtrek comes with standard equipment such as a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment head unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, a 4.2-inch digital instrument cluster, and powered front seats. Also thrown in are rear aircon vents.
