Perfectly timed for the Hari Raya celebrations, Chery Malaysia’s flagship SUV is now available in a new colour called the Aurora Green. The limited-edition colour will only be available on 120 units of the Tiggo 8 PRO.
Prices remain unchanged, with the Tiggo 8 PRO priced at RM159,800. That includes a 7-year/150,000 km warranty, with five years of free labour service. For an extra RM2,000, customers can opt for the Extended Warranty package, which covers the engine for up to 10 years or 1,000,000 km.
There’s also the ‘Extra Peace of Mind Package’, which includes the extended engine warranty along with seven years of service maintenance, for RM11,600.
The Chery Tiggo 8 PRO was launched in Malaysia in the second half of 2023 and goes against the likes of the Proton X90, Kia Sorento, and Hyundai Santa Fe. The front-wheel drive SUV is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 256 hp and 390 Nm, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Notable features on the Tiggo 8 Pro include ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 540-degree camera which also covers the bottom view of the car. The Tiggo 8 PRO also comes with a whole suite of driver assistance features such as adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking and blind spot detection to name a few.
