Smart Malaysia’s first East Malaysia dealership to open in Kota Kinabalu by Q4 2024



The official importer and distributor of Smart vehicles in Malaysia, Proton New Energy Technology (PRO-NET) is further expanding the Smart dealership network in Malaysia. The brand will be opening its first East Malaysia Smart dealership in Kota Kinabalu and will be expanding its dealership in Petaling Jaya and Kuantan as well.

Smart Malaysia has partnered with Fook Loi Eurocar Sdn Bhd to establish its dealership in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. To be operated by Naza Automotive Group, the new smart dealership in Petaling Jaya will be located next to the Federal Highway.

Hoi Keen Service Sdn Bhd on the other hand has been appointed as the dealership in charge of Smart Kuantan. Official operation of these Smart outlets will take place in Q3 and Q4 this year (2024).

For the moment, customers in Malaysia can test drive the Smart #1 and enjoy the brand’s “Long-evity” Deals at existing Smart outlets. This includes Smart Ipoh (GB Auto), Smart Balakong (Hap Seng Smart), Smart KL (Hap Seng Smart), Smart Penang (Eleganz Lifetsyle), Smart Alor Setar (Lee Motors), Smart Glenmarie (EON Berhad), Smart Setia Alam (Wheelcorp EV), Smart Melaka (Sigma Energy EV), Smart Johor Bahru (Motor Future), and Smart Damansara (Smart Mobility).
