2023 BMW X6 xDrive40i M Sport LCI launched in Malaysia, RM755k – MHEV, 3.0L turbo inline-6, 381hp, 540Nm


The 2023 BMW X6 xDrive40i M Sport LCI (Life Cycle Impulse, as BMW refers to its facelifts) SUV has just made its launch in Malaysia. It is up for grabs at RM754,800 (OTR, without insurance), together with the marque’s 5-Year Extended Warranty and Service Package.

On the outside, the BMW X6 xDrive40i M Sport in Malaysia features the brand’s signature three-dimensional BMW kidney grille. The grille comes with the Iconic Glow LED lighting, which illuminates the grille, creating a unique visual effect.

Fitted with the X6 xDrive40i M Sport is a pair of Adaptive LED headlamps, alongside X-shaped daytime running lights (DRLs). The sports SUV’s front apron is also equipped with new triangular intakes, alongside vertically arranged air curtains to aid with the car’s aerodynamics.

At the back of the X6 xDrive40i M Sport are the sculptural LED taillamps, completed with the rear aprons and Pearl Chrome skid plates. The Aerodynamic package is included as standard with the sports SUV too.

A set of 22-inch alloy wheels and M Sport brakes are fitted onto the Malaysian-spec 2023 BMW X5 xDrive40i M Sport as standard. Customers are able to specify their X6 xDrive40i M sport with colour options such as M Carbon Black, Black Sapphire, Mineral White, Manhattan, M Brooklyn Grey, Skyscraper Grey, and Aventurine Red.

Powering the 2023 BMW X6 xDrive40i M Sport in Malaysia is the same 3.0-litre turbocharged 6-cylinder engine as per the pre-facelift model, however, it is now electrified via a 48V mild hybrid (MHEV) system, featuring an electric motor that makes 12 hp and 200 Nm. Paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, total output is rated at 381 hp and 540 Nm.
