The new BMW i4 eDrive35 and i4 eDrive35 M Sport have just been launched in Malaysia. These are additions to the existing line up which consists of the i4 eDrive40 and i4 M50. Prices start at RM258,210 and RM284,210 respectively. Opting for the brand’s Extended Warranty & Service Package will boost the asking prices to RM273,800 and RM299,800.

The BMW i4 eDrive35 is positioned as the new “base model”, slotted under the more powerful BMW i4 eDrive40 and i4 M50. And like the more premium variants, the BMW i4 eDrive35 sports the same sporty design, with the signature kidney grille, LED headlights, as well as LED rear lights.
The “standard” BMW i4 eDrive35 is fitted with 18-inch double-spoke light alloys, while the i4 eDrive35 M Sport gets 18-inch M aerodynamic wheels. As for exterior colour choices, customers get to choose from Black Sapphire, Mineral White, Sanremo Green, Skyscraper Grey and Aventurine Red. The M sport variant gains two additional colours – M Portimao Blue and M Brooklyn Grey.

Powering the BMW i4 eDrive35 in Malaysia is a single motor that feeds 286 hp and 400 Nm to the rear wheels, which results in a century sprint time of 6.0 seconds. Thanks to a 67 kWh battery, the BMW i4 eDrive35 can carry you as far as 483 km (WLTP).
