Following the launch of the updated 2023 BMW 3 Series facelift line-up earlier this year, BMW Malaysia has now added the new 330Li M Sport into the local line-up, alongside the M340i xDrive – details for the latter can be found in a separate post here.
The new 2023 BMW 330Li M Sport is priced at RM325,800 on-the-road, without insurance, and inclusive of the extended five-year warranty and service package, representing a RM20,000 hike over the outgoing pre-facelift model.
In terms of updates, changes on the new 2023 BMW 330Li M Sport mirrors those on the other 3 Series variants, including a reworked front fascia characterised by the sleeker headlights design and wider lower air intakes on the bumpers. Dimensions are unchanged from before, where the long-wheelbase 330Li variant measures some 110 mm longer than the regular 3 Series.
Equipment wise, the BMW 330Li M Sport comes as standard with regular LED headlights up front with High-Beam Assistant, alongside 18-inch Style 848 M Bicolour alloy wheels, M aerodynamics Package, and the M High-Gloss Shadowline package that blacks out the window trims surrounding the glasshouse.

Inside, the new 2023 BMW 330Li is also equipped with the new BMW Curved Display atop the dashboard, consisting of two 12.3-inch displays running the BMW Operating System 8 software with Connected Package Professional as standard. The package enables Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, alongside a range of digital services such as Remote Services, as well as remote software update capability.
Other interior appointments include a head-up display for the driver, powered adjustments for the driver’s seat, panoramic glass roof, M leather steering wheel, three-zone automatic climate control, standard BMW HiFi sound system, and a black high-gloss and aluminium combination interior trim finishers.

The new 2023 BMW 330Li M Sport continues to be powered by the B48 2.0-litre turbocharged inline-four engine, making 258 hp and 400 Nm of torque. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via an eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission, which translates to a 0-100 km/h sprint time of 6.2 seconds, onward to a top speed of 250 km/h. The new 2023 BMW 330Li M Sport also rides on the Comfort Suspension as before.
Safety kit is also unchanged for the 2023 BMW 330Li M Sport here in Malaysia, with features including lane keeping assist, autonomous emergency braking, rear cross-traffic warning and brake intervention, and the standard Parking Assistant package consisting of a reverse camera, active park distance control, and a Reversing Assistant feature.
With the addition of the BMW 330Li M Sport and the M340i xDrive, the 2023 3 Series facelift line-up in Malaysia is now complete, and is priced as follows (inclusive of the extended five-year/unlimited mileage warranty and service package):
