Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently held an event to commemorate the efforts and success of its dealers in their operations and commitment to customer satisfaction.
A total of seven awards were given out for the Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Customer Services, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5 Star Rater, Most Improved Dealer, and Dealer of the Year 2021.
The winners are as follows:
- Best in Sales – Asbenz Motors
- Best in Financial Services – Hap Seng Star Kinrara
- Best in Business Excellence – Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie
- Best in Customer Services – BR Jaya
- Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) – Hap Seng Star Melaka
- Most Improved Dealer – Hap Seng Star Kuala Lumpur
The coveted Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2021 award went to Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru as the dealership excelled in various aspects of the business to achieve the highest overall score.
