BFGoodrich, a subsidiary of Michelin tyres, has unveiled the Trail-Terrain T/A tyres here in Malaysia. Designed specifically for all-wheel drive crossovers, SUVs, and light trucks, BFGoodrich says these are premium “on-road plus” tyres promising superior on-road performance and light off-pavement capabilities.
The new BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain T/A tyres features a Full-Depth 3D Locking Sipes tread design, which provides improved tread block stability for even wear, resulting in longer tread life, while maintaining a quiet and comfortable ride.
The new treads with a serrated shoulder design also promises increased grip in soft-soil traction in light off-pavement situations, while also able to resist chipping and tearing from the rougher gravel terrains. The tyres are rated for a three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) severe snow rating, and promises enhanced grip throughout the full life of the tyre.

The BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain T/A comes in a total of 41 tyre sizes (23 T-rated, 18 H-rated) covering all key OE fitments for crossovers, SUVs, and light trucks. It’s now available at selected Michelin authorised dealers nationwide, and comes with a six-year manufacturer warranty as standard.
