Honda Malaysia has launched its new Honda Certified Used Car (HCUC) to offer customers a platform to purchase verified, pre-owned Honda vehicles, as announced last week at a media gathering.
The programme is available through six (6) dealerships in different regions:
- Selangor – MJN Motors
- Selangor – Tiong Nam Motor
- Penang – Kah Motor
- Johor – Kah Motor
- Johor – Yong Ming Motor
- Pahang – Chuan Tyre Motor
Honda Malaysia said it would gradually expand the Honda Certified Used Car programme to meet the growing demand for used cars in Malaysia.
“The HCUC programme serves as an additional option for customers to own their preferred Honda vehicles and enjoy the ownership experience. Honda Malaysia is committed to offering products and services of the highest quality, be it new or pre-owned, to provide a feeling of joy,” said Honda Malaysia, CEO and Managing Director, Ms. Madoka Chujo.
Through the HCUC programme, all Honda pre-owned vehicles are aged five (5) years and below and has clocked less than 100,000 km.
All vehicles sold have undergone a 288-point inspection, conducted by Honda Certified Inspectors. The inspection covers engine and transmission, functions and undercarriage as well as interior and exterior condition. Honda also assures that these vehicles are fitted with only genuine parts and are free of major accidents and flood damage.
Those who purchase Honda vehicles through the programme are entitled to an additional 1-year extended warranty on top of the vehicle’s existing warranty. The vehicle’s registration process will be handled by HCUC authorised dealers while pre-owned vehicle owners can visit any Honda dealerships for after-sales services.
