Ever since the start of the pandemic and its resulting lockdowns, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has been at the very forefront of providing safer and contact-free measures for its customers, whether it’s for test driving a new car or even servicing it.
Today, the company has announced a new offering, the Home Delivery Service. The new service aims to offer a more comprehensive online shopping experience for customers with the option to have their new Mitsubishi vehicle delivered to their doorstep.
“As Malaysia is transitioning from the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to offer a one-stop digital service; everything from viewing the car, making a booking, finalising the sale, as well as having the new car delivered right to their doorstep,” said CEO of MMM, Tomoyuki Shinnishi.
The service will first be available to customers in the Klang Valley. Later on, it will be available to other regions in the country.
It’s only available to customers who book and register their new Mitsubishi vehicles online via the Mitsubishi Online Service platform.
Aside from the new Home Delivery Service, Mitsubishi had also introduced the Mitsubishi Connect App that allows customers to schedule service appointments and monitor their vehicle’s maintenance history.
To ensure proper social and physical distancing, MMM also launched the “Test Drive 2U” service. Through the website, once the vehicle model and nearby dealership has been selected, a sales representative will deliver the Mitsubishi vehicle to your doorstep.
There’s more; from now till the 31st of December 2021, those who book and register a Mitsubishi Triton with the 4SUREBELI promo code will receive a limited edition North Face jacket.
