Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has introduced the first ever Mitsubishi CONNECT app for Mitsubishi owners in Malaysia. The app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for free.

The Mitsubishi CONNECT app allows customers to schedule service appointments and monitor their vehicle’s maintenance history. Owners can also receive reminders of their next service and more conveniently, register more than one vehicle under one account.

Aside from that, the Mitsubishi CONNECT app also allows owners to stay in touch with the 24Hrs Mitsubishi Assist Customer Careline. It also gives customers access to 24-hour breakdown assistance and emergency services throughout Malaysia. On the app, customers can also find out where the nearest Mitsubishi authorised dealer is located for maintenance services.

The Mitsubishi CONNECT app also come with a SOS function that when activated, the user’s location will be shown accurately through GPS. Once the user’s details are verified, help and assistance will be sent immediately.

Owners can also keep up to date with the latest news and promotions, search for product information and download e-brochures through the app.

For the same reason, MMM also recently launched the Test Drive 2U where customers can request for a test drive without leaving their home. Once customers have filled in their information and selected the closest dealership, a sales consultant will be in contact via WhatsApp or phone call.

The vehicle will be sent to the customer’s home where each test drive will be limited to one customer at a time. The sales consultant will be seated at the rear to practise social distancing.
