Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has launched the new fully imported (CBU) facelift Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4MATIC+, following the launch of the facelift E 200 Avantgarde and E 300 AMG Line recently. Prices start from RM 1,118,888, inclusive of 10% SST exemptions (instead of 50%), accompanied by a 4-year warranty.

Interestingly, for about RM100k more than the one launched in 2017, there is no increase in output or improvement in performance. The 0 to 100 km/h time and output remain the same although its top speed is rated at 300 km/h, suggesting that there is no 250 km/h limit to the top speed.
Unlike the standard E-Class models, the E 63 S gets the typical Panamericana grille, quad exhaust tailpipes, and a prominent rear spoiler.

If you look closer, you’d notice that the car comes with wider wheel arches while the fender is fitted with AMG-specific badging.
The AMG Exterior Carbon Fibre Package includes a carbon fibre front splitter while the AMG Night Package gives items like the side mirror caps and window frames a gloss black finish.

The steering design on the E 63 S is similar to the one in the E 300 AMG Line but with yellow stitching and mixed materials – leather and microfibre. The sound system of choice is Burmester, operated through the standard dual display setup.
Other standard features include Apple Car Play and Android Auto, head-up display, and three-zone air conditioning.
SAFETY
For driver assistance and safety, the E 63 S comes with a surround-view monitor, autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keep assist.
